Is There Any Exclusion to What I Can Get for My Rewards?

Rewards excludes Teas by the Gallon and other retail merchandises.

Starting April 3, 2023, you will need minimum of 150 points to redeem for free drink up to $5.

Rewards (starting 4/3/23):
150 points | Free Milk Tea with boba (up to $5)
450 points | Free 6-pack mochi donuts
870 points | Free 12-pack mochi donuts

Purchases made through third party vendors such as EZ Cater, UberEats, DoorDash other delivery services are excluded from earning points. Catering services, Loose leaf tea retail, Teas by the Gallon and other retail merchandise items are also excluded from earning points.
