- If orders are not picked up within 2 hour of scheduled time, Fat Straws reserves the right to sell orders.
- Sorry, no refunds or credits for no shows or same day cancellations.
- Mochi donuts are perishable and cannot be kept overnight for delayed pick-up.
Fat Straws does not offer refunds based upon customer error or palette preferences.
There are many opportunities to sample our products to make sure you will like what you order. Most items such as donuts and drinks are available for individual purchase in-store.
Please note: We have a first-come first-served policy. We CANNOT set aside donuts if you are not in-store or purchase through our “Order Online” option.

How should I store them for the next day?
Although they are best when consumed on the same day, we understand sometime you can’t have 6 donuts at once.
First thing, please don’t refrigerate them. Best is to keep them at room temperature with the lid tented (not fully closed and not fully open). Too much air will dry them out and not enough air will make them too soggy. Also, you can microwave them for 5 seconds before consuming them.
