Easter is upon us, and we all will be hunkered down with family. This is a tremendous time to re-acquaint ourselves with the ones we love most. The planned special dinner may be made with ingredients we may or may not find on the sparse shelves. Or order a definite great meal from one of the many restaurants offering a special take-out option.
Sure, we will miss the lavish buffets laden with a leg of lamb, plum glazed hams. oceans of shrimp cocktail, cherry port pork loin… well, you get what I am hungry for. Instead we have a list for you today where to forage a great dining option for the tribe.
